Why do we exist?

We support leaders who are doing selfless work in service to others.

Your passion and your heart go into everything you do as care for those who seek greater justice, visibility, and equity. We honor that you and your organization want to support those in need - however that is felt and understood. Thank you.

Sometimes you might need to get away: to renew, to ponder, and to self-explore. This is where we come in: Find a Journey.

Our trips provide:

a context - the wonderful experience of one another
a community - like minded leaders, carefully selected by invite only

...so that you may unwind, explore, and connect with other like-minded colleagues who will become friends in your larger journey of life...and to rediscover the very best parts of you.

Outdoor activities and internal experiences will awaken your soul and serve as a healing balm. The ecosystem of our first trip to Costa Rica will be magical...we will explore the identity of you as a person in relation to others, and that unity will merge into a landscape of possibility as well as empathy.
